DINO NARCISO

Dino has over 15 years’ professional experience.
After several jobs in the Engineering & Construction industry, he worked in the insurance sector with leading companies on the Italian market (Winterthur Group, Cattolica Group), contributing to the development of various insurance start-ups. For a subsidiary of the Cattolica Group he held the position of Corporate Organisation Manager.
Having operated in the business consultancy area for over 7 years (Capgemini), he has developed expertise in program and project management and management of delivery of projects in the financial services field.
Manager at Parva since 2015.
Specific expertise in the definition and implementation of business models and operational models. He has gained extensive experience in numerous projects in the fields of start-up, corporate reorganisation, change management, process re-engineering, core systems implementation and post-merger integration.
Graduated in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano (2002)
Master in Process Innovation from the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano (2008).
